Merekel is in Margibi County, near Harbel, on the Roberts International Airport corridor. That is the highway connecting the airport to Monrovia, one of the most accessible and fastest growing stretches of road in Liberia.
Yes. Merekel is built with the diaspora in mind. You can join the interest list, reserve a lot, agree on financing, and follow your build entirely from abroad. Many buyers will never need to be on site until they choose to visit.
We offer seller financing directly through the builder. Smart Brother was the first in Liberia to do so. Qualified buyers own their home through a structured payment plan rather than a single cash purchase, with no foreign bank loan to arrange. Terms are agreed once you reserve.
Merekel offers new build 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom homes inside the gated community. Final floor plans and finishes are confirmed phase by phase, and interest list members receive plans first.
